#OOTD 21.4.17

Hello guys. Long time, no see. I've been a little bit busy lately and I haven't had the time to work on new blog posts for you. Also, I was in a bit of a dilemma as to what I want my content to be. I was considering to take the fashion and style way, but with that said I need someone to take outfit photos for me as I cant do it on my own. I want to show you my every day style, how I pick my clothes, depending on my mood and the occasion, how I incorporate fashion trends in my style, and give you some inspiration for those 'I have nothing to wear' moments'. 

Here is a quick outfit photo I took with my sister when we went on a walk last week. You can see me wearing my favourite MANGO JANE Jeans, which are so comfortable and so affortable, and they flatter my body -as I am a curvy girl- paired with a orange knit for a pop of color as its spring. Because it was a bit chilly I added my favourite MANGO OUTLET leather jacket (not available any more, but you can find similar ones on MANGO) -which was such a bargain- and my anklee botties. Also I paired it with my black  belt from Stradivarius picking through under my slightly tucked in jumper.

Santorini Photo Diary

At the beginning of July me and my friends were kindly gifted with a little trip to one of the most beautiful islands of Greece,Santorini. We stayed in Fira, in an amazing hotel called Kallisti Hotel & Suites. Very friendly people and stuff. The island is very picturesque as it is, with the white and blue houses and the tiny streets, make you want to sit and enjoy the view for hours. Although if you do decide to visit it, please don't try to wear heels because there is no doubt that you will fall. Food was also a dream, very fresh and yummy. I totally fell in love with it. 

We visited the volcano, which was an amazing expirience, definetely a cross of my bucket list. The same day we took a little trip with a boat on all the little islands across Santorini, which were once conncted with Sanotirni and we ended our trip with watched the sunset in Oia in the middle of the sea. It was magical. We had the opportunity to witness the sunset for a second time, this time not on a boat but from inside Oia. I have never seen so many people gather around to see a sunset. Mad. 

The beaches are extremely beautiful and uniique, because in most of them the sand is black because of the volcano, the water are deep and cristal clear. The red beach in particular is the one that made me wow. Basically is a regular beach but there is a big red rock around it that makes the beach so unique. The amazing thing about it is that you can only reach the beach by foot, by climbing down the rock(don't worry you don't need equi[ment, just a pair of trainers and to be very careful), or by a boat.

An other amzing thing that you can do on the island is have a walk on a donkey donw  to the small old port which is very adorable and it makes the island even more picturesque.

Summer Makeup Look

As you already know I don't tend to wear a lot of makeup in the summer time, because I can't find to way to make it stay at my face for a very long time. The struggle is real. But when I do wear it, I do it mostly on the evening when the heat has kind of calm down a bit and I get better chances to make my makeup last for a few hours before melting of. So today I am going to show you my summer evening makeup routine that I have been wearing for this summer.

-First I apply my Garnier BB Cream all over face, blend it in really well with a brush or with my hands so there are no harsh lines.
-Then I apply my Maybelline Fit Me Concealer in No.20 under my eyes in a triangle shape and on any problematic areas and blend with a brush.
-Too warm up my complexion I take a brush and I use the Avon Arabian Glow Bronzing Pearls on my cheeks, temples and underneath  my jawline and I end up putting it all over my face too be honest cause I can't control myself. I know I don't look taned in the picture above but I am I promise.
-After I apply on the apples of my cheeks the H&M Blush in a Stick in Peachy Cheeks and I blend it in with my finger. You need the tiniest amount. But if you do put a bit too much, like I have done many times in the past, you can go over it with your foundation brush. Problem solved.
-Onto the eyes I take a bit of the H&M Cream Eyshadow in Countess and I apply it all over the lid and I blend it with a brush if I need to. You have to be quick with this one because it dryw quite quickly, but i can assure that that ones it's on it won't go anywhere. Too finish with the eyes I apply my trust Maybelline The Falses.
-And last but not least the lips. When I saw this shade I had to have it. It's this amazing orange-y red perfect for summertime. I am talking about the Golden Rose Velvet  Matte in No. It's a very affodable lipstick and it last very long on the lips.

The Pantene Pro-V Colour Protect Shampoo & Conditioner

I have spend so long trying to find the perfect duo to treat my hair the way they deserve and not damage them more than I should. In the past I have come across some good and some bad haircare products and after my not so good experience with the SYOSS range, I have being on the hunt for a good shampoo and conditioner duo that leave my hair soft, slik and knot-free after I use them. Too much to ask for?
So I was on a friends house and I use her Pantene Pro-V Shampoo & Conditioner and I loved them, so I went and purchased my own. So the way I use those, I wash my hair twice with the shampoo and the I mov eon to the conditioner with I apply from ear-height to the ends of my hair and live it on for a couple of minutes and them wash it off.
The moment I realised I loved these was when I applied the shampoo on my hair for the first time in the shower. I felt my hair getting so increadibly soft and knot free as I was using it in the shower, which is a very rare thing. And then comes the conditioner which makes your ends even more soft than the shampoo has left them. GOALS. Another incredible thing about these is the smell. It's just AMAZING. If you don't believe me go has a sniff at the store. There very inexpensive as well.
So if you want to have amazingly soft and shine hair, and also protect your hair color you should definetely give these ones a go.

Summer Makeup Bag

For me summer is a particular difficult time to wear makeup. I find it a little bit pointless to be honest.With all that heat, all the efford you have put on doing your makeup in the morning goes to waste the minute your step out of your front door. Everything starts to melt of your face and you end up with no coverage and sometimes panda eyes. So sad. But thankfully I have found products that stay on my face for a little bit longer than 5 minutes so I thought I'd share with you what works for me.

THE FACE: When it comes to my complexion I try to use some creamy base, like a BB cream with a little bit of coverage just to make my skin look more even. I use the Garnier BB Cream Conbination to Oily Skin in Light. It's a very light coverage BB Cream enought to cover any spots, but you can always build it up if you want to. What I love about this is that it gives my skin that JLo glow. Goals. Also can we talk about the smell of this product. SO GOOD. I can smell it all day. To give myself a little bit more coverage and hide though dard undereye circles I use my trusty Maybelline Fit Me Concealer in No.20(Sand) which I am running low on and can't find anywhere in stock. Please send help.(I have been informed its been discontinued. BOO) Then I really love to bronze up my copmlexion in the warmer months and gine my skin that sun kissed look because tanning is not really my thing. I use the Avon Arabian Glow Bronzing Pearls. It's baiscally a little pot with many colored pearls that you swirl your brush in and you put all over your face. That's what I end up doing anyway. I know mad. And finally to give my cheeks a bit of colour I use the H&M Blush Stick in Peachy Cheeks or Coral Blush. These are both for H&M's old beauty range so I don't now if you can find something similar now. But They are both very beautiful summer colors for your cheeks, very creamy formula that you put on your cheeks stair for the pot and the you blend with your fingers or a brush.

THE EYES: For they eyes I currently love a very natural gold look. For that I use the H&M Eye Colour-To-Go in Sun On Sand which is a gorgeous gold eyshadow in pencil form which you apply on your eyelead and the blend with your finger or with a brush. When I want a bronzier eye look I go for the H&M Colour Essence Eye Cream in Countess which is basically a creamy eyeshadow in a pot with amazing glow but not at all glittery that makes it look that you put so much effort in your eye makeup when you actually didn't. If I am feeling extra adventurous I will add a bit of eyeliner. I like to use brown eyeliner to make things look more natural like this Biolife extreme Eye Pencil in Chocolat No. 390 which is a very soft pencil liner that goes on smoothly without having to add a lot of pressure, Too finish it of I use my trasty MAYBELLINE NY The Falsies to give me amazing voluminous lashes.

THE LIPS: On the lips I enjoy using my trasty Golden Rose Velvet Matte Lipstick in No. 01, which is an amazing browny nude matte shade in such an amazing price and so long-lasting, that gives that 90's vibe. If you like more bold choices then you should go for the Avon Ultra Color Bold Lipstick in Peony Pop, which is a bright neon pink great for summer. If you don't feel that adventurous the you can mix the too. I like to put a little bit of the Golden Rose one over the Avon one to mute it down and the result is as amazing.
